Hi Leslie,
I know you have a large mailing list for Chelsea- our water just turned brown with lots of dirt- actual dirt. I got a hold of the water plant and they just drained the water tower and had to clean it. We were told to just run the water for a while until it was clear.
Just thought you might want to put a notice out for people. He said it would affect all of Chelsea.
