Time for the Chelsea Fair!

The 2008 Chelsea Community Fair begins Tuesday, August 19. With the great weather we've been having all summer, this is sure to be a good one! (They always are, come to think of it.) Although, every year we have at least one thunderstorm, so be sure to have both a Plan A and Plan B for attending the fair this year.

Here are some details to save you from looking it up:
  • Location: Chelsea Fair Grounds
    20501 Old US-12
    Chelsea, Michigan 48118
    [MAP]
  • Admission: $7 per day. Children 10 and under are free; Senior citizens get in free on Thursday. You can also buy a season pass for $25 which is good all week. ($15 for students and senior citizens)
  • Schedule: 10am until 10pm Tuesday 8/19 through Saturday 8/23. See the Schedule of Events on ChelseaFair.org website.

    Highlights:
Rides open on Tuesday at 10am

Just so you know, the Chelsea Blog will be back in full swing at the end of the summer. Believe it or not, I have actually been on vacation! (Yes, I do leave Chelsea every once in a while....)

Enjoy the fair!

Haha! No need to worry... I dragged myself back without much trouble. Although I did once again get away from the computer and attend the fair last night. I am $100 poorer and the mother of two very happy and exhausted kids.
