Local artists needed to participate in outdoor art showing.
Chelsea's Kevin Costello and Jeremy Montange are putting together free space for showcasing local talents. No entry fee, No prizes (yet). We're helping by spreading the word. They describe it as "Just a grassroots art show by and for the people." This showcase is to coincide with Chelsea Summer Fest, but is not an official part of it. Visitors will be encouraged to vote for their favorites. During the weekend of Summer Fest the organizers are trying to secure space for artists who work in mediums that may not be "weather friendly".
Artists are invited to bring your best pieces to display, while having the opportunity to network with other local artists. Entries & photo needed by July 4, 2009
