Today is the day to set your clocks an hour ahead (spring forward) for daylight saving time. Since we are losing an hour, I suggest making good use of the ones you have left. Perhaps you can forget about that one extra load of laundry and do something fun instead. :)

Yeah, so ... my cell phone has its time set by the tower, so I didn't think much about it. I just set my alarm for 9:15 Sunday morning ... and was awakened at 10:15 Sunday morning. Awesome. My phone didn't jump forward an hour until I was on my way to church (very late, since I woke up when I needed to leave).
AT&T: is it too much to ask that all your towers transmit the correct time?
Whoops! LOL
I guess us technology-behind folks have a leg up then. We do it the old fashioned way on our $10 clock radios, by setting it to the "new" time before going to sleep that night. Either that, or we just try to remember to subtract an hour each time we look at the clock for the next 4 months, until we finally get tired of not really knowing what time it is, then finally set it back, only to have to set it ahead a couple months later.... oh wait... is that just me? rofl
